What is the return and exchange policy?

You can exchange or return the product within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition.

Are there any products that cannot be returned or exchanged?

Underwear, pads, leggings, women's Bermuda shorts, inner warmer sets, or products purchased on special offer are not allowed to be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

What are the steps for exchange or return?

Enter the website on the exchange/return page, register your data and order number, and specify the products… If it is an exchange, make a new order and mention that it is for exchange in the notes.

Who bears the cost of return shipping?

The company only covers shipping costs if the wrong product is sent. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

When will I get my money back?

After receiving and inspecting the product, the amount will be refunded according to the original payment method within a few business days.
